This is a Bandeau Top with Fitted Shorts that have a skirt attached at the waist. The procedure for creating a pattern for the skirt is included on page 17. The edges are finished with contrasting plush elastic for the Bandeau and "bra neckline crochetted edging" for the hem of the skirt.
