Conventional Bra Designs

Leah was the first model I worked with to develop custom-fit bra patterns. She was teaching sewing at a private school where I was teaching pattern design.

The first time I made a custom bra for her she wore it for a week without even realizing she had a bra on. This contrasted with her experience of commercial bras which she could never wear for more than a couple of hours because of the pain caused by underwires.

It gives me pleasure to share three of her original designs below which illustrate how a bra sloper can be adapted for different looks.
